Selling on Bonanza
Of all the many contenders vying to compete with eBay for the online store market, Bonanza (formerly Bonanzle) might be one of the most promising. It's certainly one of the more attractive sites.

There are many others, including eBid.net, webstore.com, etc., but Bonanza seems to be gaining traffic almost equal to eCrater but Bonanza doesn't clutter up your listings with a lot of ads to other sellers or other sites.

There are both downsides and upsides to free stores. The risk is low, but many of the sites that offer them make their money on ads, and often those ads are on your store listing. Bonanza relies on ads too, but they are not all over your store listings. The site appears to have struck a good balance between helping you sell, and keeping fees low with their own ad revenue.

It's very easy to get started on Bonanza. You sign up for a booth and, like webstore.com and a few others, there are no listing fees. You pay only if you sell.

Bonanza has specifically positioned itself as a "seller-friendly" version of eBay. If you've been selling on eBay recently, amidst all the selling caps and policy changes, you might understand why.

On this forum you can ask questions and share tips about selling on Bonanza and decide if it's the right venue for you.
